For anyone who feels like yoga is too slow or boring – this is for you!
Karen has been recently certified in BUTI YOGA and is very excited to introduce it! This amazing practice is a “movement practice” which fuses power yoga, tribal dance and plyometrics into a high-intensity workout that transforms the body from the inside out!
BUTI yoga takes yoga to a whole new level. Not only is this an amazing cardio, core and strength workout, it is so much FUN!
Set to upbeat and fun music, the class will take you through a normal yoga flow, adding in cardio/dance moves with a huge focus on core strengthening as well as muscle building and toning. The class finishes with the same amazing relaxation time as your regular yoga classes.
All you need is a yoga mat, some water and a towel.
